Top Coat Soft is a 100% water-based urethane suitable as a finishing layer on flexible substrates. Thin and liquid in consistency, it exhibits the same glass-like clarity (depending on gloss factor) as Top Coat Hard, yet is slightly more tacky and sensitive to abrasion.
