Daniel Smith Refined Linseed Oil is the binder used in Daniel Smith Oil paints. It is slightly more yellow than walnut or poppyseed oil (a characteristic which will become more prominent as your painting ages), but it yields a very durable paint film. Dilute oil paints with this oil for increased gloss and transparency (for glazing).
