FineTec Transparent Watercolour 24/Set Pan

Finetec’s transparent water colours are highly pigmented and have quick activation. Their high light fastness is due using only select raw materials of the highest quality. Works great when blending, working wet on wet or dry brushing. The transparent watercolours allow any previously applied colours and paper textures, to shine through.
